Strategence Capital, with offices in Van Wert, Ohio, and Fort Wayne, Indiana, announced the addition of a Phoenix, Arizona, office with the hiring of Brent Emch. Graig Stettner, a partner in the firm, said that the addition of Emch was in response to continued growth in its out-of-state business, including 401(k) clients. “We had a great opportunity in getting introduced to Brent. He’s a great fit for our organization, in terms of his character and business development skills.” Emch comes to Strategence from Northwestern Mutual Life, where he was recognized for a number of business development accomplishments. Emch is a graduate of Grand Canyon University, where he majored in Business Management.
