
Isaiah Flaten is a native of Hancock, Minnesota, and graduated with honors from North Dakota State University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Banking. He was accepted and recognized as a Farm Credit Fellow at NDSU for his academic achievement.
Professional Background
Isaiah brings a diverse work background and fresh perspective to our team. Before entering the financial services industry in 2024, he gained valuable experience across multiple sectors including agriculture, manufacturing, and construction. During his senior year of college, he worked as a bank teller in Fargo, MN, and completed a loan officer internship at AgCountry in the summer of 2024. Isaiah joined Strategence Capital in 2024 as a Paraplanner and holds a Series 65 license. His strong academic performance, combined with his practical experience in banking and lending, provides him with a solid foundation for supporting comprehensive financial planning services.

Personal
Outside of professional pursuits, Isaiah enjoys fitness and nutrition, pheasant hunting in the fall, and fishing in the summer. He is also a devoted Minnesota Vikings fan. Isaiah is the youngest of two children and brings youthful energy and enthusiasm to client service while maintaining the analytical rigor essential to effective financial planning.
