CJ Reed first joined Strategence Capital in 2021 as a college intern, and joined the company as a financial advisor in 2022. Reed was born in Norfolk, Va., and has moved eight times as a result of his father’s service in the Navy. Reed is an honors graduate of James Madison University, where he studied Quantitative Finance with minors in Economics and Math, and he holds FINRA registrations Series 7 with LPL Financial and Series 66 with Advisors’ Pride and LPL Financial. Reed was a small group leader for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and a member of James Madison’s water polo team.
In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and playing all kinds of different sports.
