Cindy Grubaugh grew up in a military family and calls Convoy, Ohio home. She earned an Advanced Certificate in Management with a focus in Business Management from Wright State University-Lake Campus in 2005.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Cindy enjoys reading, taking walks, and spending time with family and friends. As a family, she and her husband Marc, along with their son Kameron, enjoy geocaching, traveling around the country, and working on home and landscape projects. As the youngest of four children and the only girl in her family, Cindy values her close family connections.
